Gulf Coast Graze is a charcuterie styled catering company based in South Mississippi. We are passionate about creating beautifully crafted grazing tables and charcuterie boards while sourcing the freshest and highest quality ingredients.

 

Our love for food and entertaining started years ago with our founder, Brooke, who used to host extravagant birthday parties for her two daughters. Her passion for bringing people together and creating memorable experiences through food led her to start her first business, B&E Events and Design. Through that, she found catering to be her true passion... And along came Gulf Coast Graze, to solely focus on the best catering experience for her clients and customers.
